Providence Residential Community at the Commons of Providence
The Commons of Providence, is Sandusky's premiere address for independant living.
The Commons of Providence promises to be a retirement lifestyle of choice for
people that choose the freedom and convenience of virtually maintenance free living.
Just leave the yard work and home maintenance chores to us while you spend time
doing the things you love most.
Providence Residential Community is a community for seniors age 55
and older seeking an active and fulfilling lifestyle.
The Commons offers large two-bedroom villas and spacious 1 and 2 bedroom apartments for rent or long-term lease. Our entrance fee plans offer up to 90% of your initial investment back should you choose to leave. And chances are you will find that you can live at the Commons of Sandusky for less than you can live at home!
Spacious and beautifully designed, the villa-style homes feature a 2-bedroom/2-bath floor plan, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook, and light-filled living areas with vaulted ceilings. Among the distinctive amenities are a gas fireplace and master bedroom suite with walk-in closet. Each home includes a laundry area, 2 car garage and patio or optional 4-season room.
The apartments brim with resort-like character inside and out. 1 or 2 bedroom apartments offer full kitchens with breakfast bar and living/dining areas with large balconies which expand your living space to the outdoors. Also included are bath with shower and safety features, laundry area and an enclosed parking space. Residents have access to the cafe and resident activity area.
Commons residents will also enjoy priority admission to the Assisted Living Apartments, Specialized Assisted Living (Alzheimer's and dementia) Facility and Providence Care Center should the need arise. Access to in-home nursing services will also be available on an emergency basis.
